I am pleased to announce that the Southern California Law Review ("SCLR") is now accepting submissions for Volume 96! SCLR reviews submissions on a rolling basis, and we will continue to accept submissions through October 1st, 2022.

SCLR prefers articles under 35,000 words (including footnotes). All submissions should conform with the 21st edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Along with your manuscript, please submit a CV and cover letter.

Submissions via Scholastica are highly preferred. Given the sheer amount of manuscripts we receive, Scholastica provides the most efficient method of reviewing articles. However, SCLR understands that the required fee to submit articles via Scholastica causes a financial burden for some authors. If this presents a hardship for you, please submit your manuscript, CV, and cover letter directly to Arnold Zahn at sclr.articles@lawmail.usc.edu, along with an explanation of the financial circumstances that prevent you from submitting via Scholastica.

SCLR thanks you in advance for your interest in our journal, and we look forward to reviewing your work.

Sincerely,

Arnold Zahn
