JALC is a student-led academic journal that is published quarterly by the SMU Law Review Association. Additionally, JALC is the oldest scholarly periodical in the English language devoted primarily to the legal and economic problems affecting aviation and space. Each issue includes articles by prominent legal scholars and practitioners regarding local, national, and international issues pertaining to air, space, and commerce-related thereto. JALC is published by the SMU Law Review Association. The Association also publishes the SMU Law Review and the Texas Survey.
