The W&L Law Review is excited to announce its third annual Black Scholars Book, to be published in Winter 2024! Submissions will open on October 1, 2022. As Professor Carliss Chatman wrote in her foreword to the first Black Scholars Book, "[t]he goal of the W&L Law Review is to hold space for scholarship of historically marginalized and silenced voices," and we are proud to continue that work this year.
