The Albany Government Law Review will publish an issue tentatively titled Building a Better Path to the Office: A Review of the Election Process for our Volume 9, Issue 2 publication. With this issue, the Albany Government Law Review is looking to publish articles with a focus on voting rights, gerrymandering and district planning, federal campaign finance, media involvement in the campaign process, polling and the election process itself, the primaries, and the involvement of political parties in the process.
Any article centered on one of the aforementioned topics, or the electoral process generally, will be accepted for submission and considered for publication. The deadline for article submissions is December 7th of this year.
