The Critical Legal Studies Journal: Call for Submissions

The Critical Legal Studies Journal is now accepting submissions for Volume 14, set to be published in the spring of 2021.  The Idaho Critical Legal Studies Journal strives for the progression and development of fair and equitable laws. It does this by providing academics, practitioners, and students a critical commentary on pressing legal issues, and offering practical solutions supported by legal authority, hard facts, and a critical analysis of the law. While the Idaho Critical Legal Studies Journal welcomes articles from all disciplines, the Journal is particularly interested in diversity and minority issues, including those relating to sex, gender, race and socioeconomic class. We are open to receiving submissions from students, activists, scholars, and legal practitioners. Papers should generally be between 10–20 pages.

To submit your paper by email, please send the piece and a copy of your CV to critical-law-papers@uidaho.edu with the subject line “CRIT Submission” until October 10, 2020.

To submit via scholastic, please send the piece, your CV, and a cover letter indicating you are submitting for the Commentary Issue between July 27 and September 15, 2020.
