The Review of Litigation is currently accepting submissions for its forthcoming issues, both of which will be published in Spring 2021. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The Review is devoted to the process of litigation, and publishes pieces related to procedure, evidence, trial and appellate advocacy, alternative dispute resolution, and often-litigated substantive law. Many U.S. courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court—have cited The Review. Our subscription base includes judges, academics, corporations, firms, libraries, and sole practitioners from Texas and across the nation.
Submissions must be at least 20 pages long, with a minimum of 75 footnotes and citations to at least 12 sources. Citations must conform to Bluebook rules.
