Hello! The Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law is still accepting submissions for Volume 35 Issue 1!

We invite the submission of scholarly articles on a broad range of topics, including, but not limited to, comparative legal theory, applying international law in innovative ways, international human rights,  international compliance with securities and antitrust regulations, international business law, and under-researched topics within international law. This journal is currently accepting submissions for book reviews for Volume 35, as well. Additionally, we highly encourage authors from underrepresented countries to submit.

We cannot accept submissions from student authors currently pursuing their J.D. The limit for submissions is 30,000 words, and we strongly prefer a Microsoft Word (.docx) format. Submissions will close for Issue One on August 14, 2026, or when we fill our publication needs. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis.

We encourage you to submit your most innovative, daring, and impactful work for consideration, and look forward to reviewing your submissions!

I see. Personally, I find the use of corporate Microsoft Word absolutely exhausting. If you want to truly expand your audience, Google Docs is all you need.
