The Washington University Law Review welcomes submissions of articles on a wide range of legal topics. We favor manuscripts between 15,000 and 30,000 words.
Please include an abstract and curriculum vitae with your submission. The Law Review accepts electronic submissions only. We strongly prefer submissions via Scholastica, though we also accept submissions by email at cae@wustllawreview.org. Submissions and attachments should be in Microsoft Word format, and authors should provide an anonymized version of their manuscript.
Although it is not always possible, the Law Review attempts to honor requests for expedited review. Expedite requests should be submitted via Scholastica, or by email to cae@wustllawreview.org. Please do not submit duplicate expedite requests through multiple channels.
