We are currently seeking publishable articles regarding legal issues related to COVID-19. The submission deadline closes on February 22, 2021 at 11:59 PM.

Some potential topic areas may include:
  • FDA regulations, Emergency Use Authorizations of vaccines
  • State executive authority
  • Employment law related issues
  • Vaccine roll-out regulatory issues
  • Any issue related to state sovereignty and federal mandates
Electronic submissions should be formatted in WordPerfect or Microsoft Word. Please conform citations to Bluebook standards. Although there is no article length restriction, the Wayne Law Review prefers submissions under 25,000 words in length excluding footnotes. Please include the article, a copy of your CV, and a brief cover letter.
