Dr. Khulud Elnur Khudur  is a board certified public health epidemiologist. She is highly motivated, result-oriented, equity focused and strategic Program Manager with over 10 years of leadership experience in public health, bio-behavioral health, and academic industries focusing on health equity and social disparities. She has effective leadership capabilities to guide high performing teams to achieve organizational goals.

With over a decade of experience in public health, bio-behavioral health, and academia, Dr. Khudur has established herself as a pioneering force in shaping public health policy and research. She is a board-certified public health epidemiologist with the CDC Foundation, where she has played a critical role in managing over 300 COVID-19 outbreaks at the facility level and leading large-scale public health interventions.
