About Me

Hi! My name is Alli Florence and I am a 3L at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. I join the legal community with a background in strategic marketing and data analytics, and plan to practice in realm of commercial financing and real estate development. While in law school, I serve as the Senior Symposium Editor for the University of Louisville Law Review. This year's Symposium is titled "Digital Age Dilemmas" and will spotlight the rapid development and implementation of technology into our society, ultimately causing a need for rapid legal change to respond to new threats and capabilities. This Symposium will take place in the Spring of 2025 and will feature topics such as AI, the metaverse, cryptocurrency, and data privacy. Our Journal seeks to publish a handful of academics bringing timely attention to these issues in a special edition Issue, which will include three student written notes on up and coming AI issues. If you are an author or academic speaker interested in consideration for publication or a speaking opportunity, let's connect!
