Seth is a faculty member at the Seattle University School of Law where he teaches Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility. His scholarship has been published in the Texas Law Review, Fordham Law Review, Alabama Law Review, U.C. Davis Law Review, and Boston College Law Review. His research focuses on issues at the intersection of civil procedure and professional responsibility, considering how procedural rules and doctrines govern the ways that parties, lawyers, and judges interact.
Before joining the faculty at Seattle University, Seth taught at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also taught Lawyering at NYU School of Law. Seth received his JD, magna cum laude, from NYU School of Law and his BA, with honors, from the University of Chicago.
