I am a litigator in the field of Intellectual Property before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. While the bulk of my practice focuses on trademark litigation, I have been actively involved in copyright, patent and design litigation too. I have an avid interest in commercial aspects of trademark law such as brand valuation and licensing.
In addition to IP litigation, I enjoy working on different fields ranging from arbitration law, contract law and constitutional law.
