The extensive rainwater collection system at KNS Candrill is one of its most remarkable qualities. Through gathering and preserving of rainwater, this system makes potable water availability for other utilizes, for instance irrigation. In an era whereby water is becoming more scarce, KNS Candrill contributes considerably to reducing the amount of water waste through the conservation of water over a 27-acre project. These 1200–1500 sq. ft. plots are made for green landscaping techniques, complementing the project's eco-friendly focus.
