Prestige Spring Heights is distinguished by its enormous scale. With a noteworthy 80% of its 71 acres of land set aside as open areas, the Prestige Spring Heights Master Plan project is incredibly expansive. This carefully considered design responds to the growing desire for green living places where locals may take advantage of both the tranquilly that comes from well-planned green areas and the conveniences of contemporary urban living.
