The Journal of International Law and Comparative Studipublishes two issues each year:
- In the fall, the first JILCS issue presents carefully selected articles and comments on current and emerging topics in international law and comparative studies.
- In spring, the second JILCS issue presents additional carefully selected articles and comments on current and emerging international law and comparative studies topics.
- JILCS also works with a bilingual editor to translate articles for the issues.
