The ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law publishes three issues each year:
- In fall, the first ILSA Journal issue presents carefully selected articles and comments on current and emerging topics in international law.
- In spring, the ILSA Journal International Practitioner's Notebook Edition (IPN Edition) is produced in cooperation with the International Law Association American Branch and the American Bar Association Section of International Law and Practice. The IPN edition features selected proceedings from top legal scholars and practitioners who meet at the annual ILA Weekend in New York, New York, United States.
- In early summer, ILSA Journal's Bilingual Edition is printed in both English and Spanish. It features articles of special interest to scholars and practitioners in Latin America, Central and South America, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
