I'm Virat Kapoor, working in Academic Journals at Nambiar District 25, a new ultra‑luxury township by Nambiar Group in East Bangalore, Karnataka. Built on 100 acres, it offers 4000 Vaastu‑compliant apartments in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK sizes, ranging 1200–2500 sq. ft., starting at Rs. 1.47 Crores. The first phase has 36 towers, each G+32 floors with 4 corner units per floor for light, air, and privacy. I focus on research and publishing about the project’s design and innovation. My work builds trust and visibility for the company, while the site supports sharing knowledge and reaching more people.
