Maurice A. Deane's School of Law at Hofstra University's Journal of International Business and Law was established in 1999, and is a student-run publication encompassing students from Hofstra Law School as well as the Frank G. Zarb School of Business.  This journal explores the interaction of business and law in the global marketplace. As the legal and business worlds collide in a global business dynamic, there exists a need for wide-ranging scholarly debate and critical thinking on a broad range of topics that is crucial to both practitioners and academics.
