About Me

Amelia Miazad is a Senior Research Fellow and the Founding Director of Berkeley Law’s Business in Society Institute. She is a leading authority on sustainable capitalism and ESG. Her in-residence courses include Introduction to Corporate Sustainability, Business in Society, Business and Human Rights, Social Enterprise Law, and Corporations in Crisis. She speaks regularly at conferences and symposia and teaches executive education programs in corporate sustainability and ESG around the world. Her previous articles have appeared in law reviews such as Vanderbilt, Minnesota Law Review, and UC Davis Law Review, as well as specialized publications.
