About Me
I joined my current firm, Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, in 2018 and currently serve as one of the co-managing members. I advise clients on a wide range of federal, state, and international telecommunications issues, including licensing requirements; mergers, acquisitions, and transfers of control; state telecommunications taxes; federal and state regulatory fees; CALEA compliance; and FCC enforcement proceedings. My clients include broadcasters, cutting edge telecommunications platform, voice over internet protocol (VoIP) providers, licensees of wireless spectrum, and satellite companies. I clerked for then-FCC Chairwoman Mignon Clyburn and the FCC's Audio Division, and I'm a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association.
