The editorial board of the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology (“NC JOLT”) is pleased to announce that we are now accepting submissions for Volume 28, to be published throughout Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
Published four times per year, NC JOLT is recognized as one of the nation’s top technology and law journals. We publish legal scholarship focusing on the many intersections between law and technology, which we define very broadly, covering issues in intellectual property law, cyberspace law, environmental law, criminal law, health law, privacy law, and any other subject area where the sciences and law converge.
