Hi!

The Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice is pleased to invite students, scholars, and practitioners to contribute to our Spring 2027 publication. RGSJ's purpose is to voice issues in the legal community regarding race, gender, and other forces that affect our society. By focusing on legal developments in these areas, RGSJ aims to inform law students, attorneys, legal scholars, and others of recent legal changes and the impact they will have on citizens. RGSJ also aims improve relations regarding race, gender, and social differences in society.

We are particularly looking for articles around 10,000 words but welcome all pieces. We additionally encourage work on environmental justice concerns as it relates to our symposium.  Submissions may optionally include a resume/CV and cover letter.

We look forward to receiving your submissions and contributing to the advancement of social justice.

Would you be interested in an article that makes a contribution to a social justice conversation regarding fair and equitable treatment of law students with mental diagnosis and their rights and opportunities in law school.  In that context, an article explaining why law schools should carry the burden when the stress, inherently embedded in the method of learning, in legal education heightens psychological and/or physical symptoms for students with emotional diagnoses.
