The George Washington Business and Finance Law Review is currently accepting article submissions for publication in Volume 10. We welcome original, unpublished scholarship on a broad range of topics at the intersection of law, business, and finance. Submissions may address areas including, but not limited to, securities regulation, banking, corporate governance, tax, antitrust, financial regulation, fintech, and related fields.
In addition to traditional law review style articles, BFLR also welcomes and encourages submissions of shorter pieces to be published as online essays. We are particularly eager to receive essay submissions on timely and emerging issues in business and finance law. Essays are typically around 20 pages or fewer in length and do not exceed 10,000 words. If you have a piece that fits this description, we would love to see it — please consider submitting to BFLR!
Articles may be submitted through Scholastica or through our website. More information about submission criteria can be found at www.gwbflr.org.
