Business and Finance Law Review (BFLR) is a student-edited scholarly journal at The George Washington Law School, under the advisement of faculty of GW’s Center for Law, Economics, & Finance (C-LEAF).

BFLR is a semi-annual journal that publishes scholarly articles, essays, and student-authored notes covering a broad range of topics affecting various industries. Articles address financial technologies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities and capital markets, banking and financial regulation, anti-trust, tax practices, and any other business or finance topic.
