The Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal (QPLJ) is accepting submissions for Issue 1 of Volume 37, to be published in fall 2023.

Formerly known as the Connecticut Probate Law Journal, the QPLJ began in 1986 as the official reporter of probate decisions in the State of Connecticut. The QPLJ is sponsored by the Quinnipiac University School of Law (QUSL) and is published in cooperation with the National College of Probate Judges and the Connecticut Probate Assembly.

The QPLJ publishes scholarly articles from judges, professors, or practitioners, judicial opinions from probate courts in Connecticut and other jurisdictions across the United States, and QUSL student notes and case comments in all areas of probate law.

Each Volume contains four issues that are published quarterly. Our Journal is extremely flexible regarding format and length; specifically, we will publish articles with as few as 3,000 words, allowing us to publish probate-specific articles that would otherwise not be published due to their length.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Editor-in-Chief, Marjorie (Maggie) Richardson, at projournal@quinnipiac.edu or marjorie.richardson@quinnipiac.edu. We look forward to reviewing your submissions!
