We seek timely and original scholarship addressing international, comparative, and transnational legal issues. We welcome articles concerning public and private international law, international business and taxation, human rights, immigration, trade, cross-border transactions and disputes, international criminal law, environmental law, technology, and other legal issues with significant international or transnational dimensions.
