The Hamilton County Clerk of Courts Help Center, in conjunction with The University of Cincinnati Law Review, are seeking submissions for the fourth annual Access to Justice Symposium. Manuscripts should be related to topics about Access to Justice in the civil realm.
Authors should be willing to present their research at the Symposium on September 26, 2025, in Cincinnati, OH. Following the Symposium, their manuscript will be considered for Volume 94 of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
The Help Center is a partnership between the University of Cincinnati College of Law and the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts. The Help Center assists clients with information and limited legal advice concerning a variety of civil matters, including housing, debt collection, and child custody issues. In 2024, the Help Center assisted over 23,000 people!
This year’s Symposium theme is "Righting Historical Wrongs.” The keynote speaker will be renowned human rights attorney Agnieszka Fryszman. The symposium will also feature Eric Miller of Loyola Marymount University, who conducts research on the Tulsa Massacre.
