The Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for Issue One of Volume 35! We invite the submission of scholarly articles on a broad range of topics, including, but not limited to, comparative legal theory, applying international law in innovative ways, international human rights, international compliance with securities and antitrust regulations, international business law, and under-researched topics within international law. This journal is currently accepting submissions for book reviews for Volume 35, as well. Additionally, we highly encourage authors from underrepresented countries to submit.

We cannot accept submissions from student authors currently pursuing their J.D. The limit for submissions is 30,000 words, and we strongly prefer a Microsoft Word (.docx) format. Submissions will close for Issue One on August 14, 2026, or when we fill our publication needs. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis.

We encourage you to submit your most innovative, daring, and impactful work for consideration, and look forward to reviewing your submissions!

Choosing a Smarter Nongnong Alternative for Modern Connections

In today’s fast-changing digital space, users are constantly searching for better and more reliable ways to connect online. Many traditional platforms no longer meet the expectations of modern users, leading to the growing demand for a nongnong alternative that offers improved flexibility, privacy, and user experience.

A strong nongnong alternative focuses on simplicity and efficiency. Instead of overwhelming users with complicated features, modern platforms aim to provide a smooth and direct experience. This allows users to explore profiles, communicate clearly, and make decisions without confusion or delays. As a result, interactions become more meaningful and less time-consuming.

Another key factor driving the need for a nongnong alternative is personalization. Today’s users want platforms that adapt to their preferences rather than forcing them into a fixed system. Whether someone is looking to expand their social circle or explore new opportunities, having customizable options makes a big difference.

Trust and transparency also play an important role. Users expect clear communication and reliable information before engaging with others. A well-designed platform ensures that profiles are structured and interactions are straightforward, helping to build confidence among users.

As digital behavior continues to evolve, the demand for smarter solutions will only increase. Choosing the right nongnong alternative can enhance the overall online experience by offering better control, improved interaction, and a more user-focused approach to digital connections.
